Dr Brad Cranney
MBBS MRACGP
Dr Brad Cranney studied Medicine at the University of NSW & obtained his medical qualification in 1979. Dr Cranney was Deputy Director of Accident & Emergency at Gosford District Hospital from 1982 to 1989. He resigned from that position to open in General Practice in Toukley.
Appointments:
Visiting Medical Officer with Berkeley Vale Private Hospital since 1990 to present.
Dr Cranney has a strong interest in all areas of General Practice but especially Chronic Disease Management and skin cancer detection & treatment.
Dr Cranney also enjoys teaching students of all health disciplines.
Dr Michael Cranney
MBBS UNSW Dip Obs RACOG (GDH)
Dr Michael Cranney graduated from the University of New South Wales and received his Diploma in Obstetrics from Gosford District Hospital. He spent several years in acute medicine at Gosford Hospital and in the Northern Territory.
Dr Cranney enjoys and values the continuity of care in working in family general practice.
Dr Sally Kennett

Dr Sally Kennett has enjoyed more than 30 years of General Practice on the Central Coast, especially the last 14 years at Toukley Medical Complex, where she feels the facilities and state of art equipment make it a pleasure to work.
Dr Kennett has a diverse and ever growing interest in medicine. After completing her medical degree at University of NSW, she went on to obtain her Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Fellowship in General Practice, Hyperbaric (Diving) Certificate, Acupuncture, Hypnotherapy and Nutritional & Environmental Medicine Certificates.
Dr Kennett has lived and worked in South Africa and South Sudan in Paediatric and Maternity Hospitals. Her interests in General Practice mainly involve Women's Health and Skin Cancer and their associated procedures including IUD/Contraceptive insertions and excisions. She currently is also assisting in surgery at Gosford Private Hospital.
Dr Kennett is the mother of 2 adult children and now has 2 grand-children.
Dr Gerard Martin
Mb HDch FRACGP
Dr Gerry Martin graduated from Dublin University, Trinity College in 1992. He subsequently completed a Higher Diploma in Child Health and Diploma in Therapeutics. Having spent time in Emergency Medicine, he completed Emergency courses in Adult and Children Acute Care.
Dr Martin has also a keen interest in Obstetric Care, Mental Health, Chronic Diseases and considers himself a "generalist".
Dr Martin was awarded Membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners in 2003.
Dr Philip Olgers
MBBS (USyd)
Dr Philip Olgers graduated from the University of Sydney Medical School in 1982 and has been working in the Toukley area since 1985.
Dr Olgers joined the Toukley Family Practice team in 2003.
Dr Olgers enjoys the broad scope of family general practice and the ability to provide continuity of care to his patients.
Dr. Chi Ming Lau
MBBS (USyd) FHKCFP FRACGP
Dr Chi Ming Lau graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2001. He worked in Hong Kong for 10 years before coming to Australia in 2017. He obtained the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2013.
Dr Lau has a particular interest in general medicine, aged care and dermatology.
Dr Shasha Dhillon
BMed
Dr Dhillon completed his Bachelor of Medicine at The University of Newcastle and graduated in 2014.
Dr Dhillon has a wide range of medical interests, but is especially interested in developing a valued therapeutic relationship with his patients. Dr Dhillon has relocated from our Mariners Medical practice at Tuggerah where he has consulted for the past year.
Dr. Robert Spark
MBBS MPH
Dr Robert Spark graduated from the University of Sydney in 1978.
Dr Spark held senior positions at Balmain Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney before becoming Director of Medical Services at Gosford Hospital in 1990.
In 2004 Dr Spark left the hospital setting to join Toukley Family Practice where he has been involved in Aged Care medicine and the management of skin cancers.
Dr Spark is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia and has maintained consultant roles with the Medical Board and Health Care Complaints Commission of NSW.
Dr. Bhaskar Konduru
MD MPH (HCM) FRACGP
After medical school and internship Dr Konduru relocated to Boston to pursue post graduate education in public health at Harvard University, Boston, MA. Following that he did a year of Fellowship in Transplant surgery and Immunobiology at Harvard Medical School. He then came to Australia to pursue a career in acute care medicine and was in fellowship training as an advanced trainee in Emergency Medicine and ICU combined program. As he needed to spend more time with family he left acute care training and got into primary care. For 3 years he trained in skin cancer medicine including Dermatoscopy and skin cancer surgery with the Skin Cancer College Australasia. He has been practicing in skin cancer medicine and surgery for about 7 years.
Dr Konduru will be consulting in the Wyong Skin Cancer Clinic here at Toukley Practice on a Friday at this stage.
