For existing patients, a Registered Nurse triage service is available. To speak with our After Hours Registered Nurse, please call 0414 063 976.
In case of a medical emergency such as chest pain, severe bleeding, shortness of breath, or any other urgent situation, please dial Triple Zero (000).
Telehealth Service
Toukley Family Practice does not currently offer telehealth services.
